Our story
We started as the people neighbors called when a laptop died the night before a deadline. That grew into a repair shop on NW 15th Street and a roster of small offices that rely on us for day-to-day IT.
What hasn't changed is how we work: diagnose before we quote, quote before we repair, and explain what happened in plain English so you can make the call.
How we work
We test to find the actual fault instead of guessing and swapping parts.
Parts, labor, and timing in writing. Additional work needs your approval.
Devices stay in our secured shop; we only open what the repair needs.
If a repair extends a device's life sensibly, we recommend it over a new purchase.
Service area
Drop-off repairs at our Coconut Creek shop. On-site visits throughout north Broward and southern Palm Beach County. Remote support anywhere with an internet connection.
