An outsourced IT department for offices of 2 to 50 people. We keep computers patched, accounts secure, and backups running — and your staff has a local number to call when something breaks.
What's covered
Phone, email, and remote support for staff during business hours.
Alerts for failing drives, low disk space, and offline devices — often before anyone notices.
Windows, macOS, and common application updates on a schedule.
Accounts, mailboxes, shared drives, licenses, and security settings.
Daily backup checks and periodic test restores.
New-hire setups ready on day one; access removed the day someone leaves.
Getting started
We start with an IT assessment: an inventory of devices, accounts, backups, and security gaps. You get a written report with prioritized recommendations — useful even if you decide not to sign up.
Passwords, network maps, and vendor contacts are documented and belong to you.
We call the internet provider, the copier company, and the software vendor so you don't have to.
Month-to-month agreements after the first term, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Either a flat agreement based on the number of users and devices, or hourly support billed in 15-minute increments. Hardware and software licenses are billed separately at quoted amounts.
We implement technical safeguards — encryption, access controls, backups, and audit logging — and will sign a Business Associate Agreement where required. Your compliance program itself remains your responsibility, and we'll work alongside your compliance advisor.
Agreement clients get an emergency line for outages and security incidents. Response times are stated in your agreement.
